弊社が設計・監理を致しました「GALLERIA MIDOBARU」がオーストラリアのグッドデザイン賞を受賞致しました。
オーストラリアのグッドデザイン賞は、1958年に創設されたデザインとイノベーションに対する国際的なデザインアワードで大変光栄に思います。
引き続きメンバー一同精進してまいります。

審査員から下記のコメントを頂きました。

“The architecture is provocative and sensitive to the site and program. The construction and materiality provides a strong and clear contrast between the public space — through the strength and robustness of the coloured concrete — compared to the softness, warmth, texture and intimacy of the guest rooms. Well done. ”
「この建築は刺激的で、敷地と計画に対して繊細です。構造とマテリアリティは客室の柔らかさ、暖かさ、質感、親密さと比較して、カラーコンクリートの強さと堅牢性を通じて、公共空間の間に強く明確な対比を与えています。素晴らしいです。」
